We have lent on more than one boatyard in recent times to assist general commercial operations and refinancing of the businesses operated there.

While we do not fund filling stations, we were pleased to assist with the purchase of an empty closed down MOT Centre and workshop which the applicant wished to re-open.

We were able to assist a corporate borrower with the purchase of a substantial house which it planned to use for commercial purposes.

We assisted an applicant who wished to purchase a large empty commercial building in the middle of a town with an eye on future development. Although we do not provide development finance, we were pleased to be able to assist with the purchase based on the property as it currently stands.

We have recently completed a number of cases on farms as well as blocks of farmland with and without buildings. These include to refinance an existing facility and to implement a partition of land between relatives.
