What we offer
We believe that we are one of the only true long term non-status lenders. By this we mean that we lend based on the value of the property alone. We can lend up to 65% of the 90 day value, (Chartered Surveyor valuation confirming at what figure the property could be sold if it had to be sold within 90 days), or of the purchase price, whichever is the lower.
How we work
We are able to assess the case both from an underwriting and legal position very quickly and tell you whether or not we can help.
All our offers are time limited so they have to be completed within 28 days of receiving the valuation and our solicitors will move very quickly.
