What are our terms?

• Interest Rates from 1% per month on an Interest Only basis

• A facility fee of 2.5% with a minimum of £2500

• 3 Months’ interest on redemption

• Min/Maximum Loan size – £30,000-£2,000,000 – but will consider higher

• We lend up to 65% of the 90 day value

• No repayment deadline or early redemption penalties, open ended with no term

• We inspect all property offered at a standard fee of £500 – which is in addition to and separate from the normal valuation fee payable.
